Violette Bakery provides a variety of unique, european-style hand-made baked goods from natural, organic, humane, and locally-sourced ingredients. At Violette Bakery we aim for a product that’s not just “good for gluten free,” but rather, that’s just plain good. We use fresh fruits, edible flowers and seasonal vegetables in almost everything we make. We hand-mill much of our own flour and grind our coarse organic sugar cane into pastry quality so that our baked goods not only taste better, they are better for you. Our emphasis is on bringing real food back into the food chain--food made by human hands, rather than mass produced by machines. Food that is good for the body and soul, and good for the community. We make gluten free sweets and savories that anyone can enjoy. In January 2014, we were included in Best of the New for bakeries in the Boston Globe Magazine.
