We make smart-home systems that automatically replenish household consumables. Our first product is the VaskaBrew, a Wi-Fi connected dispenser for Keurig k-cups. The Vaska system continuously searches the web for the best deals and automatically reorders the consumable based on its usage rate. Our revenue comes from hardware sales and royalties on reorders. We are currently fulfilling a pilot order from Peet's Coffee and Tea. Our first product is targeting the $10B one-brew coffee market, e.g. Keurig k-cups. K-cups have large margins (~80%) and are popular items to be purchased online. K-Cups make up 5 of Amazon's top 10 products. Keurig owners have demonstrated a willingness to pay for convenience by paying $200 for a one-brew machine versus $15 for a Mr.Coffee. Furthermore, K-cups are already stored in dispensers and racks so there is no change in consumer behavior.
