We make it extremely simple for you to sign up your tenants or link to tenants already registered in our application. Your rent is collected directly into your checking account or via dwolla. You're also able to communicate with your tenants individually or as a unit broadcast. Our app is 100% cross platform compatible. It works just as well on your iPhone as it does on your Android, windows Phone or desktop PC. It can be found in the iPhone app store, Android Play Store and the Chrome web store. The co-founders owning multiple rental units each and being on the board of multiple condo associations in Boston created this application out of a need to make their own lives easier.
