Optimized for people that have little knowledge of the new city they are moving to and need more than average rental market and neighborhood guidance. With Trotter renters say what their needs are only once and let the market make them the relevant offers, saving time and money from the house hunting trips. We use sensitive algorithms to create a seamless and very human house hunting experience. No empty leads, no scams. Rental agents take advantage of our renter vetting process to save time doing their own diligence. They only pursue leads that they can serve properly.
