Shortlist makes every senior hire a thoughtful introduction from an industry expert. The platform combines data science with human judgement, encouraging a community of industry experts (“Connectors”) to make uniquely accurate recommendations. The bond created by personal, trusted recommendations benefits everyone: companies hire more accurately, quickly, and cost-effectively; connectors reinforce their network and access exclusive positions; candidates benefit from a more personal hiring experience.
