We're building ServiceRoute after building PlowMe because a platform that properly addresses route businesses (which snow plowing is) is missing from the world. We hear a lot about "on-demand" for services, but notice that many industries run on routes/schedules, not on-demand. While it's true that you "hire" a plowguy or landscaper or cleaning lady, what you're more aptly doing is "joining their routes," not unlike your trash pickup. What many don't realize is that routes are often sub-contracted or even bought/sold. These interactions--and consumer interactions, starting with onboarding--aren't supported by field service/office software. A platform is needed. ServiceRoute lets landscapers and snow contractors: • market: create/distribute services plans and onboard prospects/customers • manage: schedule, log, invoice and support customers • grow asset-lite: sub-contract in the system • exit: buy/sell routes to enter/exit the market
