REPSE gathers the real estate investment criteria of accredited investors, funds and family offices. Where we see a critical mass of investment criteria we match them with pre-screened projects we seek out from experienced developers and sponsors. Investors gain access to larger projects, and sponsors gain access to additional capital sources. Investment opportunities typically require a minimum of $5M to be raised in equity. We are not crowdfunding fix-n-flips. REPSE offers projects in a structure that is tax-efficient, maintains investor anonymity, reduces up-front fees, insulates sponsors from the burden of multiple investors and ensures transaction security. And we don't just drop the deal once it is funded. REPSE improves project transparency with clear reporting requirements. And we generate an independent track record of performance for developers as a reference for future projects. Our misson is to help real estate project financing work better.
