I have an infrastructure optimization web (and desktop) application that is very necessary. It's been in the news a lot. It essentialy takes any organization of almost any size that has things that are crumbling (it evolved from a transit optimization system) and figures out how to fund needed assets and maintenance on a year by year basis and prioritize funding based on cost, safetly, and any other parameter needed. I need funding for marketing and updating the system (technology evolves).
