OpportunitySpace is an online marketplace for under-valued urban real estate. Our focus is to connect the holders of a large, uptapped real estate inventories to for-profit and community developers and investors in order to accelerate the pace of revitalization in our cities and towns. Our property information and other knowledge tools are specifically designed to inform our public and private sector users to make smart property development and investment decisions. Our online users include government, business, and civic organizations and spans profiles including urban planners and designers, architects, tactical urbanists, for-profit/non-profit developers, real estate investors, community development corporations and financial institutions, urban infrastructure companies, and the neighbor next door. We’re putting urban development online and making it accessible to everyone
