lilipod was created after three years of researching the pain points of job searching. We set out on a mission to help people during the most critical points to landing work, and after two prototypes we are creating the best mobile and desktop adapted job search tool. lilipod gives applicants the best information they need before applying, and a research backed method when they’re ready to throw in their hat. We do this by scouring the web for the most relevant data on companies and open positions, matching them to each unique user and then breaking the application down to four easy and effective steps facilitated by our Smart Guidance feature. lilipod is also a network where users benefit from unique Insights, maintained by meaningful and translatable data. lilipod’s uncommon approach to big data and user experience design is going to elevate the entire job search experience, creating a more satisfied workforce undeterred by the obstacles of the search itself.
