As a startup VC firm, La Ragazza & Associates is looking to make investments at the pre-seed or first round seed funding stages. Our typical investment as a firm ranges from $10K to $25K. That being said, we are well connected to the Angel Investor, VC, and Private Equity communities in Tampa, FL, and can utilize our connections there to organize club deals in the $100K to $200K range. With investments in each venture, La Ragazza & Associates seeks to obtain a portion of common and preferred stock or to structure deals with a debt/equity split. La Ragazza & Associates offers not only capital resources, but also a team of dedicated investors driven to see you and your new venture succeed.
