The ilumivu System combines wearable biosensors, mobile apps and online patient-centered platforms to help facilitate patient behavior change. The entire system can be replicated and customized for health and mental health providers wishing to provide continuous physiological monitoring, real-time interventions and patient-centered care to their clients.
