Flapper Funding is live-entertainment crowdfunding platform. We rely upon fan demand to drive our events. Fans, artists, venues, and promoters all reap the benefits of our model. Currently, we primarily work with colleges to aid them in the planning, funding, and ticketing of their respective events. Our core customers tend to be those schools which want to expand upon their current entertainment budget, provide entertainment events for the first time, or offer a new variety of show. We have many schools in the pipeline for Fall events. With that said, we are looking to expand our reach by creating an equity-funding aspect to our event campaigns (i.e. each new show is an individual LLC and investors share the profits from the event using new Regulation D offerings).
