FIG: Friendly Interactive Gadget

Current mobile personal assistants lack personability. Both Siri and Google Now suffice as allowing the user to access desired information on his or her phone with more ease - however, neither assistant provides the core features of a strong and reliable assistant. Our team's plan is to create a mobile personal assistant that resides directly on the home screen of the user's phone and consists of a digital character living in an apartment. His name is FIG, and his purpose is to make your life easier and more productive! FIG provides personalized content, proactive assistance, daily deals, motivational actions and words of wisdom, and eventually social media - allowing for two users' FIGs to communicate with each other. Our team has already developed FIG 1.0, which currently has 20,000 downloads. We are now pursuing a round of funding in order to build FIG 2.0.
