Dookans offers restaurant and food truck owners a way to simultaneously capture new customers while make ordering easier for current customers, without adding complexity to the business’s back-end operations. This is achieved through three consumer-facing applications. What the Trucks?! — This online and mobile application gives users an intuitive experience to find and order from food trucks near them. Orders are sent directly to the food truck’s mobile point-of-sale or a cloud-based receipt printer. Branded Restaurant Mobile App — This private label app is targeted to small and medium-sized restaurant chains who have a larger loyalty base and want more control over their customers’ mobile experience. Munchie Medic – Dookans has its own branded mobile and online ordering service. Unlike similar products, Munchie Medic will list both brick-and-mortar restaurants as well as food trucks. All three products leverage Salesforce as a reporting and analytics engine.
